Permanent Arrangement
Our professional services are obtained by establishments mostly on a retainership/permanent basis on payment of a monthly Retainer fee to us, which many organisations prefer.
This fee depends upon the size of the establishment, number of employees, operational locations, and frequency of consultations.

All Oral & Written Advice Included
The Retainership includes all oral and written advice and consultations in our Chambers on various matters. It also includes drafting of letters/replies, show cause notices, charge sheets, enquiry letters, disciplinary action letters and other such drafts and letters and vetting of the same.
Such advice/consultation may be on various related matters connected with personnel, labour and industrial relations. No separate fee is charged for the same as all these are included in the Retainership Agreement. There is no limit on the frequency of consulting us which may be on Telephone, Video Conference, E-mail or by personal visit to our chambers.
Excluded Drafting Tasks
It does not include drafting of Service Rules, P.F. and Gratuity Trust Deeds and Rules, Manuals, etc. for which separate nominal fees are charged on project basis.
Payment Frequency
The Professional fee charged is on a monthly basis, which may be paid monthly or quarterly as may be mutually agreed upon at the time of engagement.
Duration & Notice Period
The Retainership is for a minimum period of one year and thereafter it continues till either party terminates the same by giving three months written notice or payment in lieu thereof to enable both sides to make their alternate arrangements smoothly.
Scope of Engagement
Please note that our Retainership Agreement is under the scope of Management Consultants and Industrial Relations Advisers, and the same shall not be construed as Legal Adviser of the Co. or appointment as Legal Adviser under statutory company laws.
Customized Quotation
Monthly Retainer Fee is subject to the size of the establishment, number of its offices, branches, factories, franchises, and the nature and amount of time utilized, and will be mutually agreed upon at the execution of the Retainership Agreement.
Piece Meal Services
Our professional service/advice, both oral and written, may be obtained on a piece-meal / specific problem-wise basis on payment of our professional fee for every such advice or consultation.
Our Fee is determined fairly based on the complexity of the matter, research required, documentation involved, and our senior partners' time involvement.
Fee for Conducting Court Cases
Separate professional fee is charged by us for conducting Court cases on a case-to-case basis irrespective of any Retainership Agreement.
We litigate all cases under Labour and Employment Laws, including:
- Payment of Wages Act, 1936
- Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 & Group Insurance
- Social Security (SESSI / PESSI / BESSI) & EOBI proceedings
- Labour Courts & Labour Appellate Tribunals
- National Industrial Relations Commission (N.I.R.C.)
- High Courts & the Supreme Court of Pakistan
*All travel/stay expenses are to be borne by the client in outstation cases. Miscellaneous court filing and official expenses are also borne by the client.
