Started in 1968 and established in 1973, we are the consultants and advisers of long standing and repute in Pakistan on Industrial Relations, Personnel/Human Resources Management, Labour Laws and various matters connected therewith.

Mr. S. M. Yaqoob
(1933 - 2020)
Our firm was founded by Mr. S. M. Yaqoob. He had a vast experience in the field of IRA (Industrial Relations Advisor) and Labour and Employment Laws Consultant and as a consultant and adviser to a job in reputed multinational organisations and as a consultant and adviser to a large number of organisations/industries of all types in Pakistan and various employers' organisations/associations.
He was also an enrolled advocate of the High Court and the Supreme Court adjudicating many important decisions throughout his history of practice of the legal profession in regards to Industrial Relations and Labour Laws and was founding member of the Industrial Relations Advisors Association (I.R.A.A.).
His unparalleled knowledge of the field led him to be one of the most known and recognized Lawyers in the country. He is also the author of 3 unique books.
Continuing the Legacy
At present our Firm's Senior Partner and owner is Mr. S. M. Iqbal. He has experience and practice of over 35 years in the field as a consultant and adviser to a large number of organisations/industries of all types in Pakistan... He is also the co-author of 2 unique books written by Mr. S. M. Yaqoob.
Our experience and expertise
We have been practicing in Pakistan for over 50 years now and have been there when there was no concept of Labour Laws or Industrial Relations. We have seen times of Riots, Arson, Strikes and lockouts and have been there all along.
